We decorated our Haunted Gingerbread House for family home evening. Well, Eric took pictures and did the dishes, but he was in the room. We worked on the front and the roof all together, then we each took a side. As always the kitchen is left a disaster but the kids had a blast and that makes it all worth it. Now they want to know what we are doing next!!!
The front, Shy mostly designed, I was on icing detail, and Reed ate a lot of the candy.
Shy's side had a theme, she wanted to make a bat party. Notice how one of the bats is playing ball. We love that girl and her imagination.
Reed's is more abstract. He like to eat two candies then put one one. What he put on the house was whatever he felt like eating next.
My side. I had to do it at from the side since Shy insisted the house be turned her direction.
